RoadWise is program of the Western Australian Local Government Association (WALGA). Founded in 1994, it works with Local Government to support the implementation of the Towards Zero Road Safety Program
Toodyay Roadwise meets on a regular basis to develop road safety programs and look at issues within the Shire of Toodyay.
Achievements have included the advocacy and introduction of a 40km speed zone in the Toodyay shopping precinct.
Toodyay RoadWise also participates in the Moondyne Festival, the Toodyay Agricultural Show and the Toodyay Street Party, where they highlight the risks on our roads with a 'CRASH TRAILER'

TOODYAY ROAD UPGRADEMain Roads WA have received funding for the upgrade of Toodyay Road in the Shire of Toodyay. Work has commenced on the first section, from Racecourse Road through to Clackline Road.
